The menu focuses on simply prepared British produce, celebrating the provenance of locally sourced fish, meat, and fresh vegetables, as well as sharing roasts on Sunday. The Position The right Senior Bartender will be passionate and knowledgeable about beers, whisky and cocktails, and have a good background in high volume restaurants and bars, whilst delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair.
