You’ll work 37.5 hours per week, working 7.5 hours a day with shift patterns of 7am-2.30pm and 2.30pm-10pm, with weekends on a rota basis. Extra hours can be discussed if required. Where you will be working Location: School House, School Walk, Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey, TW16 6RB School House is a ten bed, mixed gender community-based home made up of nine beds in the house and a self-contained flat. People supported at School House have severe learning disabilities and associated health needs, autism and behaviours which, due to their diagnosis may be seen as challenging. The service is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by a dedicated team made up of the Registered Manager and Support Workers. Our aim is to provide a home in the heart of the local community, which promotes social inclusion through meaningful community engagement. Residents are supported to develop social networks and engage in a range of activities to live purposeful lives. We ensure residents are able to access all the facilities and resources they wish to, whilst keeping safe and having choice and control.
