Sous Chef benefits: • Great opportunities to grow within a multisite company., • £50,000 to £55,000 per annum, • 50/60 lunch and 100+ for dinner, • Using the very best British produce available., • 18+ within main kitchen and pastry, • Hammersmith, 5-minute walk from the station, • 48 hours per week Senior Sous Chef Requirements: • A highly driven and reliable Senior Sous Chef with strong experience working in high-volume kitchens, ideally with a background in modern British cuisine., • A stable and proven employment history, demonstrating commitment, professionalism, and consistency at senior level., • Previous experience within an AA-rated restaurant is highly desirable and will be viewed favourably., • The ideal Senior Sous Chef must have good access to West London and be able to commute reliably for early starts, late finishes, and split shifts when required.

Chef de Partie benefits: • 130-Seater Restaurant, • 50/60 lunch and 100+ for dinner, • Using the very best British produce available., • 18+ within main kitchen and pastry, • Hammersmith, 5-minute walk from the station, • £37,000 - £39,000 per annum, • 48 hours per week based on 1 double and 4 singles – 5 days on, • Double is 8am until 11pm, • Singles are either 8am until 4pm or 3pm until 11pm Chef de Partie Requirements: • A highly competent and confident Chef de Partie capable of running a kitchen section whilst motivating and training, junior members with the kitchen brigade., • A passionate and professional chef that is well organised and can work well within a team., • A Chef de Partie with a strong background working within reputable seasonal led establishments., • A Chef de Partie who can adapt well to different kitchen sections., • Previous experience working with British cuisine would be desirable.
