You will be supporting the Manager/Assistant Manager with the day to day running of the restaurant based in our prestigious Woodcote Park clubhouse with views overlooking our stunning grounds and golf courses. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate restaurant and bar waiters. Deputise for Managers in their absence. Greet members in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming environment. Assist in training, coaching, and mentoring bar waiters. About you: Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry. Knowledge and experience of restaurant and bar operations Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues quickly. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Team Player Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Proficiency in using POS systems and basic restaurant management tools.
