Full time. Includes both weekend days. Preparing a range of specialty coffee drinks, tea, cold drinks as well as craft beers and natural wines. Role is also to gel as part of a small team and will include other duties. We specialise in natural and ethical food and drink and are a predominantly food led, daytime only, restaurant. We also have a small bookshop and an exclusive art, antiques and home decor collection so an interest in this would be an advantage.
