About the Role As Floor Manager, you are the engine of the floor the person who sets the tone, keeps the energy alive, and ensures every guest leaves feeling theyve experienced something truly special. Youll own the service from briefing to last bill, drive the daily vibe, and lead your team with confidence and warmth. Youll work closely with the AGM and GM to make sure the service is not just smooth, but electric . Youll be there for your team training, developing, and inspiring them every single day.
