Teaching Personnel is working with several secondary schools across Blaenau Gwent seeking reliable and adaptable Classroom Leads / Cover Supervisors to support during teacher absence. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, youth workers, sports coaches, tutors, or anyone with experience supporting young people. Many candidates use this role as a stepping stone into teacher training, PGCE routes, behaviour support roles, or long-term careers in education. The Role: Classroom Lead / Cover Supervisor (Secondary Schools) As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4, ensuring pupils remain engaged and learning continues in the teacher’s absence.
