Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills (Required in at least one area) • Mechanical maintenance (bearings, shafts, gearboxes), • Electrical fault finding (control panels, sensors, wiring), • Refrigeration systems (experience with R404A/R448A is a plus), • Boiler and compressed air systems, • Strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure, • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety, • Effective communication and teamwork, • Background in food manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial maintenance, • Relevant engineering qualifications:, • Level 2/3 Mechanical Engineering, • Electrical Installation (18th Edition preferred), • F-Gas Certification (advantageous), • FLT Licence (beneficial), • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and participate in an on call rota
