Customer Service Administrator Outbound Location: Dartford Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 17:30 Contract: Permanent Salary: Competitive We are currently supporting a leading global logistics provider in their search for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy outbound team in Dartford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with logistics experience who enjoys a role that blends administration and customer service in a fast-paced international environment. This role would suit someone highly organised confident using IT systems and comfortable managing high volumes of shipments while providing excellent service to clients and internal teams alike. • Administering import export and UK road shipments using internal logistics systems, • Coordinating outbound activities and ensuring service levels are met, • Communicating with customers proactively regarding any shipment delays or deviations, • Working with internal departments across the UK and Europe to maintain strong relationships, • Producing customer reports and key performance indicators (KPIs), • Supporting final customs checks and providing required documentation, • Experience in logistics or transport operations is essential, • A background in customer service with strong communication and relationship-building skills, • Proactive approach to resolving issues and providing updates to clients, • Excellent time management and attention to detail, • Confident IT skills particularly with Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook) Required Experience: Unclear Seniority Key Skills Typing,Data Entry,Customer Service,Basic Math,Computer Skills,Windows,Banking,Upselling,Pricing,Sanitation,Cash Handling,Stocking Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
