This is a hands-on role responsible for managing the day-to-day financial and accounting functions of the business while providing ownership with accurate and timely financial information. The ideal candidate has bookkeeping experience within HVAC, mechanical contracting, construction, plumbing, electrical, or another service-based trade and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, owner-operated environment.
