Job Description DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: You will assist in monitoring this residential program for individuals experiencing homelessness, with a focus on maintaining a safe environment. Be part of a team with a commitment to engaging individuals in an approachable and empathetic manner while performing rounds and addressing the varied needs of individuals experiencing homelessness. You will manage conflict or challenging behaviors with self-awareness, emphasizing safety and building trust while understanding each person's unique experience. You will also be responsible for screening residents and visitors at front door, create written documentation, including logbook entries, incident reports and progress notes. Manage inventory for supplies, maintain fire safety drills and logs, and provide emergency first aid/CPR assistance/NARCAN when needed. Assist with inspections and audits. Escort clients and serve meals as needed. Help maintain an orderly and clean facility. Related duties as assigned. This position is subject to mandatory overtime. HOURS: Full-time 37.5 hours per week Morning/Evening and Overnight. QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED required CPR Certification or the ability to obtain certification required. NYC Fire Safety Guard Certification or the ability to obtain certification required. NYC Fire Safety Coordinator Certification preferred; employees must be willing to attempt to acquire certification. We are seeking a Bundle Man / Body Technician with experience in metalwork and minimal use of Bondo to join our team at a busy, professional shop in Brooklyn, NY. ⸻ ✅ Position Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive body repair, • Experience with door skin replacement, • Ability to cut and replace quarter panels, • Proficiency in metalwork and fine finishing, using very little Bondo, • Ability to remove and install parts, • Willing to help with prep, sanding, and assembly when Bondo is limited, • Responsible, a team player, and has good housekeeping habits, • Spanish or English only acceptable – bilingual is a plus
