- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, and exhaust systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and respond to service and emergency calls
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues
- Complete work orders, service reports, and documentation accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and local codes
- Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle (if assigned)
