Responsibilities include: • Perform and oversee daily building maintenance and repairs, • Handle general plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and troubleshooting, • Manage and coordinate maintenance technicians and cleaning/trash removal staff, • Make sure daily maintenance, cleaning, and trash schedules are completed properly, • Inspect completed work and ensure quality standards are met, • Assign and follow up on work orders, • Purchase/pick up materials when necessary, • Respond to building and tenant maintenance issues, • Keep properties clean, safe, and properly maintained, • Report daily progress and outstanding issues to management Requirements: • Strong maintenance and repair experience, • Previous supervisory or team-management experience preferred, • Ability to manage workers while also working hands-on, • Responsible, organized, dependable, and able to work independently, • Good communication and problem-solving skills, • Must have reliable transportation, • Experience maintaining residential/multifamily buildings is a strong plus We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for the day-to-day condition of our properties and make sure the entire maintenance operation runs smoothly.
