Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting employees with Facilities, Room Booking, and Catering requests, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and clients. Position will also support the Lobby Concierge Team with guest registration, and check-in. Hours are Monday through Friday 10:00-7:00 Responsibilities • Receive guests and announce to hosts/admins upon arrival, • Assist with Room Booking for High-Level Client meetings and internal Clients, • Room readiness inspections, • Communicating with Executive Dining team, • Covers Reception Desk and Lobby Concierge posts as needed, • Run, review, and send daily conference room schedule to designated parties, • Reserve conference rooms through our internal reservation software, • Arrange Facilities Service repairs and requests, • Directs internal clients to rooms, • Lend support to Business Units as needed, • Handle calls regarding Facilities issues, catering changes, and room bookings, • Handle some rollover client calls, • Other tasks as needed Qualifications • Previous experience in a technical support role or customer service position within the hospitality sector is preferred., • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective client interaction., • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele., • Familiarity with guest services operations in resorts, restaurants, or hotels is advantageous., • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment., • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities., • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and support., • -Ability to stand for extended periods of time is required
