Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Assist with personal errands and tasks, such as shopping, event planning, and household management. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
