Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and personable Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for new patient referrals, ensuring a smooth and welcoming enrollment process. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized, and passionate about helping patients access care. This role will also involve community outreach and on-site enrollment to expand program participation. Key Responsibilities Contact all new patient referrals promptly to introduce our program, explain services, and guide them through the enrollment process.
