The Chef will manage all aspects of the kitchen, from food preparation to staff management, ensuring smooth operations during high-volume shifts. Collaboration with the bar manager is essential to ensure a cohesive dining and drinking experience. Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and cook a number of Irish dishes (e.g. Steak & Guinness Pie, Stews or Fish & Chips) alongside American sports bar classics like wings, burgers, and nachos. Kitchen Operations Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards during peak hours. Manage workflow, station setup, and ensure smooth service.
