Job Description • Position Prep Assistant Chef • Related Titles Prep Salad; Pantry Assistant • Job Summary (Essential Functions) Prepare salads and other cold food in accordance with club recipes and standards. • Job Tasks (Additional Responsibilities), • Prepares all salad items for lunch and dinner (washes and cuts lettuce, vegetables, fruits, meats, etc.) and maintains level during service hours., • Prepares salads and other cold items for special functions., • Cleans equipment and ensures that pantry area refrigerator and walk-in are clean and neat., • Sets-up, maintains and breaks down salad prep station., • Identifies products needed and requisitions them., • Notifies supervisor in advance of product shortages., • Maintains safety and security in work area., • Maintains neat professional appearance and always observes personal hygiene., • Adheres to state and local health and safety standards., • Maintains the highest sanitary conditions to Board of Health standards., • Ensures that workstation and equipment are clean and sanitary., • Be able to lift 20 pounds or more., • Covers, dates, and neatly stores re-usable leftover products., • Ensures that food products are used before they spoil., • Prepares and serves items in accordance with established portion and presentation standards., • Prepares salad dressings., • Makes recommendations for the maintenance, repair and upkeep of the salad areas and equipment., • Performs other appropriate tasks as assigned by Food Service Manager and Chef., • Reports to Food Service Manager • Supervises No supervisory duties are included in this position.

Job Description • Position Snack Bar Cook • Related Titles Line Cook (Grill/Prep) • Job Summary (Essential Functions) Prepare items required for his or her workstation according to instructions from snack bar supervisor. Prepare products assigned to workstation during service. Muist be able to read tickets & execute in a timely matter. • Job Tasks (Additional Responsibilities), • Prepares meats, seafood, burgers, and chicken required for line and special function purposes., • Carefully follow recipes and instructions and be sure to adhere to proper temperature guidelines., • Uses food preparation equipment according to manufacturers’ instructions., • Cleans workstation and wears gloves when handling food items., • Be able to lift 20 pounds or more., • Monitors temperatures in freezer and refrigerator., • Returns unused food products to proper storage areas., • All food items need to be wrapped properly, counted, and frozen items pulled for the next day’s service., • Filter and clean fryers every day and change the oil as necessary., • Assists with preparation of other food products on serving line as needed., • Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling practices including those related to personal hygiene., • Returns soiled food preparation utensils and other small wares to the proper areas., • Makes recommendations for maintenance, repair and upkeep of the cooking area and equipment., • Completes other appropriate tasks as assigned by the Snack Bar Supervisor., • Reports to Snack Bar Supervisor/Assistant Manager • Supervises No supervisory duties are included in this position.

Qualifications & Skills • 5+ years of experience as a butcher, meat cutter, or seafood specialist in a specialty market, butcher shop, or similar environment., • Extensive knowledge of meat and seafood cuts, preparation techniques, and industry best practices., • Advanced knife skills and proficiency with butchering and seafood-processing equipment., • Strong attention to detail, organization, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment., • Excellent customer service skills with professionalism and enthusiasm., • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in refrigerated environments.
