Lighthouse is seeking caring and motivated Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will work directly with children and their families, helping them reach meaningful milestones and improve overall quality of life.


Responsibilities include:

  • Implement ABA strategies under BCBA guidance
  • Provide 1:1 therapy based on individualized treatment plans
  • Teach and reinforce communication, social and daily living skills
  • Build positive relationships with clients and families
  • Collect data and track progress
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and team members
  • Maintain accurate session documentation

Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with children with autism and the special needs community. They are motivated to make a difference and are interested in learning more about the field of ABA.
