We have an immediate opening for a Teller / Customer Service Representative.


Customer service representative responsibilities include assisting existing and new clients with their banking and online banking needs, providing professional and personalized customer service, opening new accounts, accurately verifying and documenting customer identification, and completing the new account forms. Additional tasks include offering and promoting bank products to clients, assisting the branch manager with reaching branch goals and assisting in vault and ATM proof.


Teller responsibilities will be required on an as needed basis. Handling client's cash and check transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments. Also, performing foreign currency transactions and balancing assigned teller cash box at end of day.


Candidates must have at least 2 years prior working experience as a Bank Teller and / or Customer Service Representative.
