Position Title: Barista Department: Front of House / Café Reports To: Café Manager / Director of Operations Location: Bakery Café Position Summary The Barista prepares espresso beverages, serves bakery products, and provides excellent customer service in a fast-paced café environment. This role requires attention to detail, cleanliness, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining efficient service. Baristas represent the café brand with professionalism and pride. Key Responsibilities – Beverage Preparation • Prepare espresso drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, iced beverages, and specialty drinks, • Operate espresso machines and grinders, • Pull consistent espresso shots and properly steam milk, • Maintain beverage quality and presentation standards

• Prepare coffee and espresso drinks, • Make food items including açaí bowls, crepes, waffles, smoothies, and fresh juices, • Take customer orders and provide friendly service, • Keep the work station clean and organized at all times, • Restock ingredients and supplies as needed, • Follow food safety and cleanliness standards, • Clean as you go and maintain a tidy workspace throughout the shift

What you'll do: • Work with top of the industry equipment and high quality, locally roasted coffee, • Manage your time effectively and multi-task with efficiency that does not compromise quality, • Ensure return visitors and foster relationships with regulars through warm hospitality and impeccable service -- do you know their order?
