Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; assist with restocking as needed. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Requirements Previous experience in coffee shop Food Certificate required - Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding retail math concepts. Familiarity with POS systems; Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
