Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer, according to our high standards.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper storage of supplies and equipment.
Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
Manage bar tabs and handle cash/credit transactions accurately using our Toast POS system.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Stay informed about our drink menu and special offerings to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications:
Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale environment preferred.
Knowledge of cocktail recipes and ability to craft classic and contemporary drinks.
Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
