About the Role Market Bar is evolving into Flatbush Brewery, and we’re looking for an experienced, service-driven Bartender/Server to join our team. We’re seeking someone who brings more than bartending skills behind the bar. The ideal candidate understands beer, hospitality, and sales and knows how to turn first-time guests into regulars. You should be comfortable recommending beers, upselling based on guest preferences, and creating genuine relationships with customers. Responsibilities • Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest, • Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, wine, and other beverages, • Develop strong knowledge of our beer selection, styles, flavors, and pairings, • Recommend beers based on guests' tastes and preferences, • Actively upsell and cross-sell beverages and menu items, • Educate guests about featured beers, new releases, and specials, • Build relationships with customers and help develop a strong base of regulars, • Maintain an engaging and welcoming bar atmosphere, • Accurately process orders and payments through the POS system, • Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar, • Follow responsible alcohol-service and food-safety standards, • Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and management, • Assist with brewery events, promotions, happy hours, and special programming What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of bartending or high-volume serving experience preferred, • Strong beer knowledge or experience working in a brewery, taproom, beer bar, or craft-beer environment is a plus, • Excellent customer service and communication skills, • Strong sales and upselling ability, • Outgoing personality with the ability to connect naturally with guests, • Reliable, punctual, and professional, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, • Available for evenings, weekends, and high-volume shifts, • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Our Ideal Candidate You know that great bartending is about more than making drinks. Sunset Stoop is a new bar/music venue that has opened in Sunset Park Brooklyn. We are located at 4114 for the Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11232. Looking for a bartenders to work the saturday August 22nd shift 3 PM to 2am. Along with that there will be other opportunities to work events on other nights of the week. Must have a food handlers license. Being able to have a conversation in Spanish is a big plus

Bar Manager / Lead Mixologist Location: Deia Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time We're looking for an experienced Bar Manager & Mixologist to take ownership of our bar program and elevate the guest experience. This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about cocktails, hospitality, and driving profitability through creativity and exceptional service. Responsibilities • Manage all daily bar operations and ensure the bar is clean, organized, and fully stocked., • Maintain accurate inventory, monitor product levels, and prevent shortages or excessive waste., • Develop and execute a profitable, seasonal cocktail program featuring unique and innovative signature drinks., • Analyze cocktail costs and pricing to maximize profitability while maintaining quality., • Train and mentor bartenders on recipes, service standards, and upselling techniques., • Increase beverage sales through creative promotions and exceptional guest engagement., • Build relationships with vendors and assist with ordering and inventory management., • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
