Key Responsibilities: • Sales & Customer Service: • Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting baked goods. • Upsell products and ensure customers leave with a smile. • Handle the cash register and maintain accurate sales records. • Morning Prep & Baking: • Learn to bake croissants, apple turnovers, and other items during morning shifts. • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the baking area. • Operations: • Stock displays with fresh baked goods and ensure the shop is presentable. • Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies when necessary.
