Job Overview Food & Customer Service is our focus – we give a fork! As a member of our Kitchen Team, you’re an important part of the guest experience: often the friendly face behind the counter! You’ll prepare and serve food with care, keep the kitchen and service areas clean and organized, and help maintain smooth, fast service. Kitchen team members are trained to handle multiple roles to support both back-of-house prep and guest-facing service, ensuring every meal meets Farmer J’s high standards for quality and hospitality.
