Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating outstanding phone etiquette and communication skills
Provide comprehensive customer support by troubleshooting issues, offering solutions, and guiding clients through processes with clarity and patience
Engage in outbound calling to follow up on customer requests and remind them to make a payment for their insurance
Process payments for customers
Qualifications
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
Previous experience in call centers or customer support roles is preferred, but not required.
Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate clearly.
Experience in sales or client services environments is preferred, but not required.
