Seeking: Right Hand — Co-Founder / Operating PartnerCommission & Revenue Based | Remote Mostly | Serious Inquiries Only

I am a founder and CEO who has been a one man show for a long time. I have built five live technology platforms across hospitality tech, civic tech, fintech, and consumer health — all from scratch, all real, all working.

My flagship product is Haven Memory OS™ — a guest intelligence os™.platform for independent hotels built around a concept I coined called Institutional Alzheimer's™. The platform is live, the IP is protected, and it is ready for its first paying client.

I need a right hand who can help me get there.

This is a commission and revenue based role. There is no salary until cash comes in. You eat what you kill. If that does not work for you this is not the right opportunity.

What I need from you:

• Strong sales ability — you must be able to open doors, hold conversations, and close deals
• Marketing and branding skills — you understand how to position a product, build awareness, and create messaging that converts
• Professional communication — you represent this company in rooms and on Zoom calls I cannot always be in
• Business development experience — you know how to find the right people and get in front of them
• Some technical ability — you do not need to be a developer but you must be comfortable with technology, platforms, tools, and digital workflows
• Fundraising instinct — you understand investors and how to position an early stage company
• Integrity — you will have access to sensitive business information and you must be someone who can be trusted completely
• Self motivated — there is no hand holding here, you must be able to move independently and report back with results

What you get:

• Commission on every deal you close

What this is not:

• This is not a salaried position right now
