The Field Store Associate will be primarily responsible for driving and increasing sales at Lowe’s stores. This position will be responsible for engaging customers in the Paint and Pro departments, generating customer leads, implementing effective sales and marketing programs, providing exceptional customer service, and managing merchandising. Part-Time Field Store Associates are also expected to ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products. Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Manager, Demand Planning to join Victoria Beckham Beauty. Based in New York and reporting directly to the COO. The Senior Manager, Demand Planning will own end-to-end unit-level demand forecasting across both the Wholesale and DTC/Ecommerce channels, translating channel revenue plans into the forecasts that drive the company's monthly S&OP process. Reporting & Systems • Maintain and continuously improve the company's demand forecasting infrastructure, currently housed in Google Sheets, ahead of the planned ERP rollout., • Own monthly demand reporting, including forecast accuracy (forecast vs. actual), and present findings in the appropriate leadership forums., • Document and formalize forecasting assumptions, cadences, and methodologies to build a scalable, less spreadsheet-dependent process.
