As we build our start-up team, we’re laying the foundation for a company that not only shares stories but also reimagines how online dating and digital relationships can be approached in ways that are safe, sustainable, and deeply value-driven. The Opportunity As our PR & Influencer Relations Intern, you’ll help expand the Off My Hinge brand through strategic communications, press outreach, and relationship-building with creators and influencers to continue building content and telling new stories through their lenses. You will be responsible for finding strong ambassadors and partners to boost the visibility, solidify messaging and act as new faces and ambassadors for the brand and our mission. You’ll learn how to craft messaging, pitch stories, and foster authentic collaborations that amplify our mission and reach new audiences. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Condo Sales Manager to lead and execute sales strategies for our luxury condominium developments. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a proven track record in high-end real estate sales, capable of managing the entire sales cycle from pre-launch to closing, while building and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership – Drive sales performance for assigned condo projects, meeting or exceeding sales targets. Team Management – Lead, train, and motivate an on-site sales team to deliver exceptional results. Sales Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement effective sales plans, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns in coordination with marketing. Client Engagement – Manage high-net-worth client interactions, conduct property tours, and present project features to potential buyers. Market Analysis – Monitor market trends, competitive inventory, and buyer preferences to inform sales strategy. Qualifications Experience – Minimum 5 years of sales experience in luxury condominium, high-end residential, or real estate brokerage; management experience preferred. Sales Track Record – Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets. Licensing – Active real estate salesperson or broker license required (state-specific). Skills – Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills; fluency in additional languages a plus. Tech-Savvy – Proficient in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and virtual tour platforms.
