Job DescriptionSalary: $20-$23/hr Creative Coordinator Onsite | Santa Rosa, CA| Non-exempt, hourly | Part-time@20hrs/wk. About Your Role: As a Creative Coordinator, you support the execution of social media and creative marketing initiatives while developing hands-on skills in content creation, publishing, and campaign coordination. Youll work closely with the Marketing Team to produce creative content, manage schedules, assist with engagement, and keep campaigns organized and on trackwhile learning best practices in branding, social media, email marketing, and performance measurement. WhatYoullDo: • Support the creation of visual and written content for social media, email, and digital campaigns, • Design graphics, assist with video editing, and support photo/video capture as needed, • Schedule and publish social media content using established tools and calendars, • Assist with maintaining social media calendars and organizing creative assets, • Engage with relevant accounts and monitor comments and messages under team guidance, • Research social media trends, hashtags, and content ideas to support campaign development, • Support client communications related to content approvals, scheduling, and logistics, • Assist with gathering client reviews and testimonials, • Monitor and report on performance across social, email, and PR campaigns., • Maintain an up-to-date CRM and digital asset library., • Collaborate with the Marketing Director and team members to ensure cohesive execution., • Support events, expos, and occasional industry travel as needed., • Maintain positive reputation for WSI and clients through proactive engagement.
