About the Role We are seeking a Senior Social Intelligence & Agentic AI Analyst who combines deep expertise in social media intelligence with hands-on experience building Agentic AI solutions. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of social listening, consumer intelligence, data science, and applied generative AI. The successful candidate will not only deliver actionable insights from social conversations across the open and closed web but will also design, prototype, and deploy autonomous AI agents that scale how the business listens, learns, and acts on consumer signals. You will partner closely with Brand, Strategy, Communications, Product, Customer Experience, Data Science, and Engineering teams to transform unstructured social data into measurable business outcomes while embedding AI-driven automation into analytics workflows. Key Responsibilities Social Intelligence & Analytics • Design and execute end-to-end social listening, audience, influencer, trend, and competitive intelligence programs across platforms including X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, forums, blogs, and news sources., • Build and maintain always-on dashboards tracking brand health, share of voice, sentiment, engagement, reach, virality, and campaign performance., • Lead deep-dive analyses of consumer narratives, cultural shifts, crisis events, and emerging conversations, translating findings into clear business recommendations., • Develop KPIs, taxonomies, Boolean and semantic queries, and measurement frameworks aligned with business and marketing objectives., • Ensure data quality, governance, and normalization across social listening platforms and data sources., • Deliver executive-ready presentations and storytelling through compelling data visualization and insights. Agentic AI & Generative AI Innovation • Architect, prototype, and deploy Agentic AI solutions that augment or automate social analytics workflows., • Develop autonomous agents for trend detection, insight generation, executive briefings, anomaly monitoring, and crisis detection., • Build systems capable of planning, reasoning, tool calling, API integration, vector retrieval, and human-in-the-loop decision-making., • Integrate LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models with social listening platforms, data warehouses, and BI environments., • Apply prompt engineering, evaluation methodologies, guardrails, observability, and governance practices to ensure reliable AI outputs., • Partner with Engineering and Data Science teams to operationalize successful AI prototypes into production-ready solutions. Leadership & Stakeholder Management • Serve as a trusted advisor to Brand, Communications, PR, Product, Strategy, and Insights leadership teams., • Mentor analysts on social intelligence methodologies, AI tools, and analytical best practices., • Drive thought leadership and capability building around AI-enabled insights and social intelligence. Required Qualifications Experience • 5+ years of experience in social analytics, social listening, digital analytics, consumer insights, or marketing intelligence., • Demonstrated success managing enterprise-scale, multi-market, or multi-brand social intelligence programs. Social Intelligence Expertise • Expert-level proficiency in at least two enterprise social listening platforms such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Meltwater, NetBase Quid, Khoros, Sprout Social, Synthesio, or Pulsar., • Strong knowledge of native analytics platforms including Meta Business Suite, X Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, TikTok for Business, and YouTube Studio., • Advanced experience building Boolean and semantic search queries, taxonomies, and large-scale listening frameworks. Data & Technical Skills • Strong SQL skills and experience working with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift., • Proficiency in Python, including pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, requests, and NLP-related libraries., • Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker., • Solid understanding of NLP concepts including sentiment analysis, topic modeling, embeddings, NER, classification, and their practical application to social data. Agentic AI & LLM Expertise • Proven experience building and deploying at least one Agentic AI solution from concept through pilot or production., • Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, Anthropic tool use, or custom orchestration frameworks., • Experience with LLM APIs, RAG architectures, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, Chroma), and prompt engineering., • Strong understanding of agentic concepts including tool calling, planning, memory, multi-agent collaboration, evaluation, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
