Job Description The Recon Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supporting all carpenters and subcontractors on assigned reconstruction jobs, ensuring quality, cleanliness, and budget targets are met. This role includes job setup, ongoing site inspections, training carpenters, and providing daily and weekly updates to the Recon Manager. Starting Arts is a youth theatre company, so you will mostly be loading in and out of schools and potentially interacting with children. The Load In/Load Out/Carpenter Crew member is responsible for moving technical equipment, set, costumes, and props in and out of a venue, and constructing the set when required.
