Job DescriptionGeneral Laborer – Precast Concrete Year-Round Work • Tons of Overtime Available • $19–$23/hr Location: Omaha, Nebraska Type: Contract to Hire Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM Join a leading precast concrete company with a strong reputation and long-term stability. Pay & Perks • $19–$23/hour, based on experience, • Weekly pay, • Tons of overtime available, • Year-round work – no seasonal layoffs!, • Benefits after 60 days: medical, dental, vision, • 401K with match, profit sharing, and internal promotions, • 100% paid education for welding, carpentry, and moreJob Responsibilities, • Move rebar, set forms, and pour concrete, • Lay mesh, tie rebar, and set inserts, • Strip forms and clean work areas, • Assist with oiling forms and striking off, • Potential to train as a carpenter for form buildingWhat You’ll Need, • 6+ months of concrete or general labor experience, • Ability to lift consistently and work in a fast-paced environment, • Teamwork skills (working in crews of 2–3), • Attention to detail and safety awarenessWork Environment, • 50% indoors in a manufacturing facility, 50% outdoors in the yard, • Expect to get dirty – this is hands-on work!, • PPE provided: hard hat, vest, glasses, • Dress code: steel-toed boots, jeans, work shirt Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
