Join our growing Service Department, at H+H Chevy as a Valet in the Fixed Operation Support Agent role. In this cross functional role you will assist in a variety of areas within the Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door and learn about dealership operations. The Fixed Operations Support Agent is a utility role responsible for assisting with activities in all areas of the Service and Parts Departments while providing excellent Customer Service in the following roles: • Valet, • Attend to Customers as they wait for a Service Advisor., • Shuttle Driver, • Pickup and drop-off Customers as requested by the Support Coordinator., • Vehicle Pickup and Delivery, • Follow procedures to document vehicle condition at both time of pickup and drop-off., • Service Drive Greeter, • Greet incoming Customers and use schedules to properly direct them to appropriate areas for Service Advisors., • Rental Agent, • Coordinate vehicle availability and work closely with the Service and Sales Departments., • Schedule: Hours are Monday - Friday 9am-6pm with every other Saturday., • A clean driving record., • Ability to drive a manual transmission preferred, but not required., • Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position., • Ability to walk briskly up to 500 yards frequently throughout a shift., • Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. throughout the day., • High energy partnered with a positive attitude., • Best places to work in Omaha!, • BRAND-NEW, air-conditioned shop at Steel Ridge in Papillion., • All BRAND-NEW equipment., • Built-in toolboxes., • Best-in-Class benefits., • Family-owned dealership., • Host of the Annual All Chevy Show., • Nebraska's oldest Chevrolet dealership., • Best In Class culture – flexible working hours – yearly reviews – trained support staff., • State of the art facilities and equipment, toolboxes and special tools provided.
