Why join us? • Remote - Work from home!!, • Competitive base pay ($175,000 to $230,000+ depending on experience and book of business), • Bonus/commission plan, • Excellent comprehensive benefits (health, wellness, PTO, 401(k) + match, etc.), • A supportive workplace where your career can grow Job Details As our next Regional Title Sales Manager, you will drive regional growth by recruiting and onboarding new title agents, expanding wallet share with existing agents, and acting as the primary relationship owner between title agents and our underwriters This is a revenue-impacting, relationship-centric leadership role combining sales execution, partner management, financial oversight, and internal cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities • Acquire new title agents and convert prospects into revenue-producing partners, • Own agent onboarding, application review, and ramp-up process, • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies using proven best practices, • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned title agents, • Build “true partner” status by continuously adding strategic and operational value, • Conduct regular in-person and virtual agent visits to deepen relationships and increase wallet share, • Monitor agent metrics and review financial performance, • Document, evaluate, and manage ongoing agent performance and compliance, • Act as liaison between title agents and underwriting teams, • Collaborate with marketing to tailor and maintain sales enablement materials, • Coordinate training and educational initiatives for agents and their customers, • Ensure compliance with TRG policies and procedures, • Maintain structured business planning, reporting, and documentation, • Manage a high-volume, multi-priority schedule in a fast-paced environment, • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, • 3+ years of experience in the Title Insurance industry, • Strong executive-level communication, influencing, and advisory skills, • Proven customer-first mindset with a consultative approach, • Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, • MBA, • Experience managing agent financials, metrics, and performance reviews, • Background in territory growth, agent acquisition, or channel sales Interested in hearing more?
