From kitchens and lower levels to full-home remodels, our work helps clients love where they live. We’re seeking a Project Manager ready to take the lead on exciting, high-end remodeling projects — someone who values organization, collaboration, and the satisfaction of turning great design into reality. While prior project management experience is preferred, we’re open to training the right individual. This is a full-time position structured as a four-day workweek, typically Monday through Thursday, with occasional Friday requirements. Applicants must be within commuting distance of our design studio located in New Berlin, WI. Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 DOE Responsibilities: • Work with general contractors, critical subcontractors, and external vendors to negotiate profitable contracts, • Inform key stakeholders of the status of the project by producing regular progress reports, • Forecast monetary needs for the project and accurately manage the budget, • Comply with all best-practice health and safety standards to prevent injuries and slowdowns at construction sites, and promptly report any safety regulation issues Project Leadership: • You'll manage multiple residential remodels, giving you a dynamic and varied workload that prevents monotony., • You'll coordinate field activities, schedules, budgets, and change orders using JobTread, enhancing your project management and organizational skills., • Lead weekly project meetings with clients, designers, and trade partners, developing your leadership and communication abilities., • You'll be the primary point of contact for homeowners, allowing you to build strong client relationships and ensure their happiness, which is incredibly rewarding., • Address questions and concerns promptly, showcasing your problem-solving skills and dedication to excellent service., • Uphold AD+R’s standards of respect, cleanliness, and professionalism on every jobsite, contributing to a positive brand image and a smooth workflow., • Conduct pre-construction and completion walk-throughs with clients, giving you a full view of the project lifecycle and client interaction., • Develop and maintain project schedules in JobTread, honing your planning and organizational expertise., • Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and trade partner scheduling, giving you a comprehensive understanding of project logistics., • Conduct quality control inspections and confirm adherence to plans and specifications, ensuring a high standard of work and developing your eye for detail., • Review budgets and cost tracking in coordination with design and estimating teams, enhancing your financial management acumen., • Manage project profitability and prevent cost overruns, contributing directly to the company's success and your own value., • Participate in weekly production meetings, giving you a voice in project discussions and fostering teamwork., • Foster trade partner relationships and encourage continuous improvement, building a strong network and contributing to a culture of excellence., • Stay up to date with jobsite safety and best practices and implement as needed, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others., • Support company-wide initiatives and contribute to process improvement discussions, allowing you to shape the future of the company. Qualifications: Qualifications: What You Bring & How You'll Grow • Minimum 5 years of residential construction or remodeling experience, providing a solid foundation for your success here., • Strong carpentry knowledge, both rough and finish, which will be highly valued and utilized., • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications, a critical skill you'll apply daily., • Proficiency with JobTread, Google Workspace, and mobile communication tools, ensuring you're equipped with modern tools for efficient work., • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills, which you'll continue to develop and apply., • Excellent written and verbal communication, essential for effective client and team interaction., • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, ensuring your ability to get to and from job sites., • Must be within commuting distance of our design studio located in New Berlin, WI.About Company Join an award-winning residential design-build firm in New Berlin, Wisconsin, where your work directly contributes to creating stunning homes.
