Position Summary The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis for the organization. This position partners with operations, supply chain, sales, and executive leadership to interpret financial results and drive strategic insights. A strong background in manufacturing finance and expert-level Power BI experience is required to modernize reporting, develop interactive dashboards, and improve visibility into plant and corporate performance. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Forecasting • Lead development of annual operating budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning models., • Prepare monthly P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet forecasts; analyze variances vs. plan and prior year., • Support scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to evaluate financial outcomes.Reporting & Analysis, • Build and deliver monthly performance reporting packages for senior leadership, including KPIs, variance analysis, and trend insights., • Analyze product line profitability, margin drivers, cost trends, and operational efficiencies., • Partner with operations to evaluate production variances, inventory performance, and cost-saving opportunities.
