Services include urgent care, occupational health, virtual health, and primary care. Patients can skip the long waits for / during appointments, accessing affordable, highly accessible healthcare, exactly when they need it, in the communities where they live, work, and travel. The Role: The Financial Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst will take the lead on developing, producing, and presenting the vital financial and operational reporting / data analytics to drive the company towards its goals. This role will work collaboratively across the C-suite, department and area leaders, and clinic staff to use analytics to tell the stories of what happened and why, delivering directional guidance in support of strategic and tactical decisions. Key Performance Metrics & Objectives: • Perform financial and operational data collection, reporting, analysis, and delivery of key metrics. This includes regular daily/weekly/monthly/annual reporting (40% of role) and ad-hoc reporting requests for all areas of the business (60% of role)., • Leverage skills in SQL, Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate, and advanced Excel to pull / manipulate large data sets from core systems such as NextGen patient management, Microsoft Dynamics/Great Plains ERP, and ADP., • Continually evaluate and improve Power BI dashboards and analytics/reporting for key parts of the business, such as 1) accounting and monthly close, 2) clinic-level KPIs such as staff hours per visit and visits per provider, 3) operational departments, such as compliance, and 4) Human Resources., • Take ownership of and manage current reporting and dashboards by 3 months, understand the business model and improve processes within 6 to 12 months, and influence decision-making by 12 months and beyond. Core Day-to-Day Accountabilities: • Manage the weekly, monthly, and annual financial data reporting cadence in Power BI and Excel to support the company's accounting and financial analysis functions., • Collaborate with leaders throughout the company, from clinic-level medical staff up to the CEO, to fulfill ad-hoc financial analysis requests., • Participate in providing data, financial reporting, and support to the monthly close process., • Connect with and form relationships across the company, from the C-level to the clinic-level, in order to deeply understand the business and its drivers and influence decisions., • Think critically about the business – continuously ask WHY, determine the story behind the data, and translate it into answers to questions and solutions to problems., • Contribute to the production of monthly reporting packages, board packages, private equity investor data and analytics requests, plus bank requests and package. Core Competencies: • 3+ years of progressive experience in data analysis, financial reporting, and financial analysis., • Strong communication skills, with proven ability to adeptly walk high-level leaders through analytics and what they mean., • Aptitude for thinking critically, asking WHY, and generating ideas for how to answer the question or solve the problem., • Demonstrated work ethic with enthusiasm to dive in and learn the business/new data skills., • Capable of translating deep analytics into actionable recommendations and presentations using charts and graphs, Power Point slides, and qualitative commentary., • Excel power user, including VLOOKUPS, HLOOKUPS, index matches, and pivot tables., • Expert-level skills in Power BI and Power Query., • Strong familiarity with SQL. Able to amend and work with queries., • Excellent time management skills in order to produce timely reporting, including the ability to swiftly move between projects to support high-priority, short turn around, ad hoc requests., • Bachelor's Degree, MBA a plus. Nice to Have • Experience working in healthcare, multi-location, and/or high-transaction business model., • 5 to 10+ years of relevant experience. (Senior Analyst level), • Strong plus for experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Fabric Data Automation, MS Dynamics/Great Plains, FRx Reporting, and/or Crystal Reporting., • Experience delivering reporting to C-Suite / Board-level stakeholders.
