Job Qualifications To be considered for the Food and Beverage Manager position, you must meet the following qualifications: • Minimum of four years of food service or restaurant experience., • At least two years of supervisory experience in a similar setting., • Strong leadership, team-building skills, and great people skills coupled with a positive disposition., • Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Internet, Excel, Word, and Google Suite., • Reliable transportation is required., • Availability to work up to 50 hours per week, including weekends and some holidays., • Ability to read, write, and converse proficiently in English (knowledge of conversational kitchen Spanish is a plus). Key Responsibilities As a Food and Beverage Manager in Phoenix, AZ, you will: • Offer hands-on leadership to a team of hourly employees, providing consistent training and professional development., • Ensure high standards for customer service by mentoring employees and implementing service training programs., • Effectively hire, onboard, train, evaluate, mentor, and discipline team members to ensure the success of the team and operations., • Oversee daily restaurant operations, supervising from the front of the house to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction., • Consistently inspect employee uniforms and maintain hygiene standards., • Collaborate with team members on food service delivery and presentation while addressing operational challenges., • Uphold internal controls to promote excellence in guest experiences and satisfaction., • Handle employee, customer, and operational needs proactively to resolve any challenges effectively., • Support restaurant employees with food preparation and delivery as needed., • Fulfill additional duties as assigned by senior management.
