Job DescriptionJob Title: Client Services Specialist Job Description The Client Services Specialist provides exceptional customer service and operational support for a group of insurance companies. In this role, you support the daily workflow of multiple teams and serve as a primary contact for agents, insureds, claimants, and other stakeholders. You handle a variety of routine tasks using established procedures, while exercising sound judgment and maintaining a strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and confidentiality. Responsibilities • Deliver outstanding customer service to agents, insureds, claimants, and internal business partners., • Answer, route, and resolve incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner., • Provide accurate contact information for agents, affiliated companies, and internal departments., • Support daily workflow processing, including handling misdirected and returned emails, document indexing, submission preparation, and basic correspondence., • Execute routine tasks using established procedures while exercising sound judgment when situations fall outside standard guidelines., • Handle confidential information with discretion and in accordance with company policies., • Communicate effectively to obtain necessary information, gain cooperation, and resolve routine issues., • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality., • Document interactions and activities clearly and thoroughly to support ongoing customer service and operational needs., • Collaborate with team members and internal partners to ensure smooth workflow and consistent service delivery.Essential Skills, • High school diploma or GED., • Two or more years of related work experience., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, and general computer literacy., • Basic math skills sufficient to support daily operational tasks., • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism., • Strong active listening skills to understand and address customer needs effectively., • High attention to detail and strong documentation skills., • Superior verbal and written communication skills, including solid grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure., • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision., • Basic organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines., • Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills., • Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and quality in all work.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • Typing speed of 35 words per minute with accuracy is preferred., • Experience in customer support or client services roles., • Ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders., • Comfort working within structured processes and established procedures while using sound judgment when needed.Work Environment This is a full-time, onsite position with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There is no hybrid or remote work option. You work in an office environment that relies on computer-based systems, including Microsoft Office and other internal applications, to manage calls, emails, documentation, and workflow. The role involves frequent interaction with agents, insureds, claimants, and internal teams, requiring a professional demeanor, clear communication, and consistent attention to detail throughout the workday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Omaha, NE. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
