CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT
Role Mission
The Customer Care Assistant will support the Customer Care team in all administrative and customer service activities relating to the US market.
Directly reporting to the US Customer Care Specialist, they will be in relationship also with the Administrative Department of the HQ in Italy.
** Key Activities** - Management of contacts and personal data of national customers; - Managing quotations process and issuing quotes; - Order entry within the management system; - Management of transport documentation; - Interfacing with the sales network (dealers, distributors, agents); - Acquire customer complaints management techniques; - Interfacing with shippers, with the warehouse, with the sales office; - Manage administrative procedures relating to foreign countries; - Fill in and submit the service forms at the required deadlines; - Packing and shipping company literature and physical samples to national customers. Key Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in administrative and customer service Department; - High School Diploma Required, Bachelor’s degree preferred; - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; - Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities and problem solving; - Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities; - Passionate about Products and the Luxury industry; - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask; - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel; - Experienced with technology to utilize retail systems and shipping software programs; - Team player attitude.
