We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Assembly Technician who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in building high-quality products as part of a growing team. Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Crate Builder/Woodworker. This position is designed for someone with no prior experience but a strong willingness to learn. The successful candidate will receive hands-on training in building custom wooden crates used to ship lighting fixtures and other products securely. A high school diploma and a basic understanding of math, fractions, and measurements are required. Key Responsibilities: • Build and assemble wooden shipping crates based on project needs and shipping specifications., • Assist with measuring and cutting wood using manual and power tools., • Receive hands-on training in safely operating equipment such as saws, drills, and nail guns., • Help inspect crates for structural integrity and reinforce as needed., • Maintain a clean and organized work area., • Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)., • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete projects on time and according to schedule.Desired Experience:, • High school diploma or equivalent., • Basic understanding of math, fractions, and measurements., • Willingness to learn and take direction., • Ability to work safely with tools and machinery (training provided)., • Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor., • Positive attitude and strong work ethic., • Experience with woodworking is a plus, but not requiredWork Environment:, • Warehouse and production floor setting with exposure to woodworking tools, noise, and wood dust., • Required use of PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.)., • Frequent standing, lifting, bending, and working with materials and equipment.Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k), • 401(k) matching, • Dental insurance, • Health insurance, • Paid time off, • Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
