About the Role: As Senior Manager, Market Research & Intelligence, you will be CoreWeave's authority on external market intelligence—transforming fragmented data into actionable insights that steer go‑to‑market strategy, product roadmaps, sales plays, and revenue growth. Reporting to the VP of Marketing Operations, you will combine rigorous primary research with competitive analysis to size new opportunities and operationalize insights so every decision—from C‑suite bets to field tactics—is grounded in evidence. Key Responsibilities • Market Intelligence Leadership – Build and continuously refine a holistic view of the cloud GPU & accelerated compute market, including segmentation, buyer personas, and adoption drivers in partnership with other functional teams, • Primary Research & Voice‑of‑Customer – Design and execute quantitative and qualitative studies (surveys, in‑depth interviews, advisory boards, conjoint analyses) to uncover emerging customer needs, validate positioning, and inform product strategy., • Competitive Analysis – Collaborate with Product team to build competitor program: track positioning, pricing, and product moves; deliver quarterly competitive scorecards and rapid‑response briefs for executive stakeholders., • Sales Collaboration & Enablement – Partner with the Sales and Revenue Operations teams to deliver territory‑level market sizing, account‑specific competitive dossiers, and realtime battle‑cards that accelerate deal velocity and improve win rates., • Insight Generation & Storytelling – Distill complex findings into crisp narratives, dashboards, and visualizations that influence GTM campaigns. Our team cares deeply about how we build our product and how we work together, which is represented through our core values: • Be Curious at Your Core, • Act Like an Owner, • Empower Employees, • Deliver Best-in-Class Client Experiences Who You Are: • 8+ years in market research, competitive intelligence, or strategy—ideally within cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or enterprise tech;, • Demonstrated expertise designing and executing primary research (surveys, interviews, focus groups) and translating findings into actionable recommendations for C‑level and Sales audiences., • Proven track record partnering with Sales or Revenue teams to integrate market insights into account strategy, territory planning, and live deal support., • Proficiency with research and analytics platforms (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and statistical analysis (Excel, SQL, Python or R)., • Strong financial acumen; ability to translate market dynamics into revenue and margin impact.
