With launches like the Atlas (spring 2026) and Cadence 17mm (spring 2026) on the horizon, we're scaling authentic YouTube storytelling to build a more engaged community. We're seeking a full-time videographer and creative force to lead our content engine while keeping our tight-knit team humming. Role Overview * Position: YouTube Content Creator & Video Producer * Location: On-site at our 3-acre facility in Sebastopol, Sonoma County, CA (no remote option) * Hours: 32-40 per week (flexible; e.g., Mon-Wed production-heavy) * Reports to: CEO (as primary collaborator for content ideation) * Start Date: Immediate (target Dec 2025) This role is your playground: As a full-time videographer, capture the grit of our production line, edit YouTube storytelling that sparks wanderlust, manage the CEO's orbit, and nurture our team's vibe—all while growing our Earth Runners YouTube channel and Instagram into a rewilding hub. If you thrive in a multi-hat ecosystem with a passion for outdoors and video production, let's build content that lasts longer than our Vibram soles. Key Responsibilities * Content Production (45%): Lead 70% of on-site video shoots as our full-time videographer (BTS factory tours, staff podcasts, toughness tests); facilitate CEO collabs by prompting product deep-dives (e.g., "Why does this lace tensile matter for trails?"); setup audio/video in our podcast studio; batch-film for YT videos/Reels (e.g., "How It's Made" series). * Video Editing (25%): Trim 12-15 min YT/podcast eps and 15-60 sec IG Reels; add graphics/CTAs; repurpose clips across platforms to amplify YouTube storytelling. * Executive Assistant (20%): Manage CEO calendar (e.g., podcast interviews), projects, ordering, organizing, processing intake and research (e.g., launch timelines, competitor analysis for R&D banter eps); prep props/B-roll from production spaces. * Social Media Management (10%): Post stories 3-5x/week on RewildBeFree account (process macros, run polls, promote YT content); drop 1 reel per week, engage community via DM. Requirements & Skills * Experience: 2+ years in content creation/video production (e.g., full-time videographer, pod producer, or small-biz YouTube storytelling); video editing (CapCut/Premiere). * Core Skills: Intuitive filming/framing (smartphone gimbal/DSLR basics); basic editing/analytics (YT/IG Insights); Google Workspace proficiency; strong prompting for interviews. * Must-Haves: Outdoor/wellness passion (align with our rewilding vibe); adaptability for multi-tasking; curiosity about products (shadow production Week 1 to master processes). * Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Hootsuite, Instagram, YouTube; familiarity with minimalist gear/earthing trends. * No formal degree required—show us your portfolio.
