The Role The Vice President of Sales and Marin Regional Manager serves as a trusted resource for agents, helping them grow their business, navigate transactions, and strengthen office performance. The ideal candidate understands real estate transactions and sales contracts, communicates well, and enjoys helping agents succeed. This is a coveted role which is rarely available as managers tend to remain in these leadership roles for many years, and our current Marin manager is retiring after decades of dedicated service. Key Responsibilities • Support agents with business growth, client service, listings, negotiations, and use of company tools., • Provide broker review of transaction files and guidance on contracts, disclosures, timelines, and brokerage standards., • Help resolve transaction questions early by working with agents, transaction staff, and leadership., • Maintain a visible, supportive presence across three established Marin offices., • Collaborate with another Marin manager to plan and lead monthly office meetings., • Support office culture, agent engagement, retention, recruiting, onboarding, and office growth., • Partner with marketing, operations, and leadership to support agent success. Qualifications • California real estate license in good standing; broker license preferred but not required., • Solid understanding of residential real estate through individual sales or work on a productive team., • Working knowledge of California purchase contracts, listing agreements, disclosures, and transaction practices., • Positive, professional, organized, approachable, and service-oriented., • Strong judgment, communication, follow-through, and ability to support agents with different business styles., • Able to travel between Marin offices and maintain a regular office presence.
