This position reports directly to Michelin-trained Corporate Executive Chef, offering the opportunity to shape a culinary program that blends excellence with creativity. Corporate Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities • Lead multi-unit kitchen operations to ensure quality, consistency, and elevated guest experiences, • Provide hands-on leadership across food preparation, execution, and service standards, • Oversee purchasing, ordering, payroll, and monthly inventories to manage food costs, • Train, mentor, and inspire a team of culinary professionals, • 10+ years of progressive culinary experience in high-volume, fine dining or upscale restaurants, • Culinary degree required, • Strong leadership and communication skills; team-builder with a positive, motivating style, • Knowledge of HAACP and food safety standards; detail-oriented in execution, • Competitive salary: $100,000–$115,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities, • Health, dental, and vision insurance, • Full-time role with day and evening shifts, • Opportunity to collaborate directly with a Michelin-trained Corporate Chef
