We are expanding our network of cosmetic dentists and are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to help introduce our services to qualified dental offices.


Role Overview


This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity ideal for individuals with experience in dental sales, healthcare sales, medical device sales, practice consulting, or B2B relationship development.


Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified appointments with cosmetic dentists and dental practice decision makers.


Responsibilities

  • Contact cosmetic dental offices by phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person visits
  • Identify dentists and office managers involved in laboratory selection decisions
  • Introduce our laboratory and digital workflow capabilities
  • Generate interest in our veneer, crown, and smile design services
  • Schedule qualified appointments between interested practices and our team
  • Maintain records of outreach activities and appointment status
  • Build relationships within the local dental community

Ideal Candidate

  • Prior experience in dental, medical, healthcare, or B2B sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and networking
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Existing dental industry relationships are highly valued
  • Independent contractor mindset

Compensation


Compensation is performance-based and tied directly to results.
