Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed. Lead and train kitchen staff as required. Qualifications: Proven experience working in an Indian kitchen, with a strong grasp of traditional Indian cooking methods. Knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and techniques. Looking for someone with Subway experience. Positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are the only skills required. If you don't have experience we will train you.
