Looking for all demographics of participants to take part in a study to test a new tech product and provide feedback. Currently there is an ongoing study that pays $150. No experience required. Participant must be available during working hours M-F to participate in an in-person study located in Manhattan. Requirements: **Must be 18+ ** **Must speak English well. ** **Must have government issued photo ID from the US. No copies, must be physical form of ID. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: You will assist in monitoring this residential program for individuals experiencing homelessness, with a focus on maintaining a safe environment. Be part of a team with a commitment to engaging individuals in an approachable and empathetic manner while performing rounds and addressing the varied needs of individuals experiencing homelessness. You will manage conflict or challenging behaviors with self-awareness, emphasizing safety and building trust while understanding each person's unique experience. You will also be responsible for screening residents and visitors at front door, create written documentation, including logbook entries, incident reports and progress notes. Manage inventory for supplies, maintain fire safety drills and logs, and provide emergency first aid/CPR assistance/NARCAN when needed. Assist with inspections and audits. Escort clients and serve meals as needed. Help maintain an orderly and clean facility. This position is subject to mandatory overtime. QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED required Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness preferred; effectively communicate with others both in writing and orally; ability to maintain professional boundaries; basic computer literacy required. This program will last for approximately six weeks, until Election Day. Here are the details. TASK: Support the Republican Party with a door-to-door canvassing opportunity. WHERE: Tarrytown to Poughkeepsie WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Door-to-door canvassing at provided addresses. Talking with likely Trump voters about early voting. Encouraging voters to sign up for SMS alerts. Using a mobile app to log all interactions. WHY WORK FOR US: Competitive hourly pay (40 hours per week required per agent). Weekly payment. Visit local Republican field office for marketing material and SWAG. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Start ASAP with a commitment through Election Day. Professional appearance – well-groomed and presentable. Well-spoken. Must pass a standard background check with no felonies. FINANCIAL COMMITMENTS: Hourly pay. Work week Monday-Sunday with payment by the following Monday. THINGS TO KNOW: Agents assigned locations in close proximity to their homes. A GPS enabled APP will be provided to agents to help create the shortest route to their assigned homes. Certain metrics must be met in order to maintain position. These metrics include: Must reach a minimum number of homes per day based on historical data. Must have a contact rate of 20% or more with the home owner. Must meet a certain percentage of customers willing to accept SMS text messages from the Republican Party (you’re only talking to Republican registered voters). Interactions with residents will be audited 48 hours later.
